THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this __________ day, of this month, in the year
2001, between ITEL INTERACTIVE MEDIA INC., and the INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR identified below.
The Agreement
The parties agree to the following:
The Independent Contractor agrees that he/she will be paid on a per/minute basis at a rate, which will be agreed upon between the Independent Contractor and Itel Interactive Media Inc. This rate applies to each minute the Independent Contractor is speaking on the phone with a customer as calculated by our computer reporting system.
The Independent Contractor acknowledges that his/her Agreement is not exclusive to Itel Interactive Media Inc.
The Independent Contractor acknowledges that the responsibilities of UI Premiums, CPP and Federal Tax Deductions are solely that of the Independent Contractor and not by Itel Interactive Media Inc.
The Independent Contractor agrees that neither this Agreement nor any other signed statement of policy or program content constitutes neither a contract of employment nor a contract of continued employment.
The Independent Contractor further agrees that either the Independent Contractor or Itel Interactive Media Inc. may terminate this Agreement between the Independent Contractor and Itel Interactive Media Inc., at any time, with or without advance notice.
The Independent Contractor agrees that all equipment, records, manuals, policies, information and software provided to the Independent Contractor during his/her relationship with Itel Interactive Media Inc. are the property of Itel Interactive Media Inc. The Independent Contractor shall not make copies of any of these materials, nor make them available to third parties.
